• Reflex Optic Solutions provides SaaS-based optical business management software
• Our services include: Reflex Optical Billing CRM & POS - Wholesale Cloud, WebApp+Android cloud, Android Cloud, and Marketplace Platform
• Services are provided on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We accept major credit cards, net banking, and UPI payments
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with other users' enjoyment of the service

• All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Reflex Optic Solutions
• Users retain ownership of their business data and content
• We grant users a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission
• Any feedback or suggestions provided by users may be used by us without compensation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms are governed by the laws of India:

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka
• We encourage resolution of disputes through good faith negotiations
• If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
